If you're not satisifed you can cancel your subscription and auto ship program at anytime. Once your subscription is placed on hold you will then no longer be charged in the near future and we ask if you would like to refund your product to return the unopened item and when it is received in our facility we will process your refund. Please keep in mind there is you will be refunded 70% of the purchase price minus $6.95.
